Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We use DHL with tracking numbers for all shipments. All orders must be signed for by recipient.  Please consider this when providing shipment address and perhaps consider using a work or alternative address where you know someone will be available during daytime hours to sign and accept package.

We endeavour to send all products to you as soon as we receive payment. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of in-stock items.

We reserve the right at all times to vary the charge for delivery, and shall inform you if your package will cost more than the standard charge.

If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email.  A refund of the cost of goods without delivery will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, you will be charged an additional delivery fee for a second delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the package.  If no one is present the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place.  If a package is showing as being delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel or missing items, please email store@bohemians.ie.  Notification of such failures must be made within 7 working days from last day of expected delivery.  Please allow 3-5 working days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier.  If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us.  Failure to raise a initial query within this timeframe may result in failure to investigate with our couriers and redress may not be offered.

RETURNS 

Our returns policy in Ireland & Europe & Rest of World lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, i.e order number

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a tracked service as refunds cannot be processed until item arrives back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

IN STORE PURCHASES
We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.  Items bought in-store can be exchanged strictly within 14 days of purchase for alternative item or credit note.  Items must be unworn, with tags on and in pristine condition.  You must provide receipt or proof of purchase to exchange.
